I am a registered member of the BACP counselling body and adhere to their Ethical Guidelines. I receive regular supervision of my practise as required and undertake regular continued professional development courses.

Examples of  my experience:

I have walked alongside clients who have,  or are struggling with symptoms of:

  • Abuse.
  • Anxiety.
  • Depression.
  • Grief.
  • Low Self-Esteem.
  • Relationships
  • Self-Harm.
  • Somatic Pain.
  • Stress.
  • Unresolved Trauma (PTSD).

(If what you are needing help for is not listed, feel free to call and check).

My training was completed at Waverley Abbey college (CWR), Roehampton University .

Qualified to a  level 5 DipHE   (Foundation Degree) in counselling.

I offer both in-depth long-term therapy and , brief focused short term work.

Not one therapy works for all, so as we begin to get to know one another I begin to look for your favoured styles. What you, as an individual are comfortable with whether that is just someone to talk to or working with Creative Interventions .

Working how you the client wants to work. Within safe boundaries that we agree at the beginning of our contract, and this is reviewed on a regular basis.
